Terms of Service

CoRidee is a connection platform. We help drivers and passengers travelling similar routes in Pakistan share rides and split fuel costs. We are not a transport provider — drivers and passengers contract directly with one another.

• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold a valid Pakistani CNIC and submit clear front/back photos plus a live selfie
• Drivers: hold a valid licence and submit licence + vehicle registration documents
• Drivers: own or lawfully operate the vehicle you list
• Have legal capacity to enter a binding contract

• You are responsible for all activity on your account; keep your password confidential
• One person, one account
• Sign-up and verification info must be accurate
• Driver verification typically takes 24–48 hours

• Drive lawfully with valid licence, registration, and insurance
• Maintain your vehicle in roadworthy condition
• Never drive impaired
• Arrive on time and take the agreed route
• Treat passengers with respect
• Do not solicit payment beyond the published fare
• Honour the No-Show policy; repeated cancellations may suspend you

• Arrive at pickup on time
• Pay the agreed fare in cash to the driver at ride end
• Treat driver and other passengers with respect
• No contraband, hazardous materials, or unaccompanied minors
• You are liable for any damage you cause
• Wear a seatbelt and follow ordinary safety practice

CoRidee does not process payments. Fares are paid in cash, passenger to driver, at the end of the ride. There is currently no platform fee. Future changes will be notified 30 days in advance.

Passengers may cancel before driver acceptance without penalty. Drivers who cancel three or more times within a 30-day rolling window are auto-suspended from new rides for 7 days.

Both parties may rate each other 1–5 stars after a ride. Complaints filed via in-app Dispute Resolution are reviewed by our safety team, typically within 48 hours. For emergencies, use the in-app SOS to reach Pakistan's emergency services (15).

• Unlawful acts, harassment, threats, or discrimination
• Impersonating another person
• Carrying prohibited goods or commercial cargo
• Reverse-engineering or scraping the app
• Creating accounts with fake or stolen identity documents
• Soliciting unrelated business through the platform

CoRidee is a connection platform and does not provide insurance or transport services. Drivers must maintain valid motor-vehicle insurance. To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, CoRidee disclaims liability for injury, damage, theft, or disputes between users. Where liability cannot be excluded, total cumulative liability is limited to PKR 5,000.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CoRidee from any claim arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a safety risk. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account or our Delete Account page.

We may update features and these Terms. Material changes are announced inside the app at least 7 days in advance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
